Evangeline Downs Racetrack & Casino

Directions - We're located off Interstate 49 in Opelousas, Louisiana. Take I-49 northbound to the Creswell Lane exit (Exit 18). Turn right and proceed ½ mile (second light) to the entrance to Evangeline Downs Racetrack & Casino. Follow the entrance road past valet parking to the north parking lot. The racetrack is located on the east side of the property.

Post Time - Post time for all races is 6:20 p.m. central standard time.
Off-Track-Betting - Off-Track-Betting (OTB) is available 7 days per week, 364 days per year (excluding Christmas). We currently offer simulcasting year round at our off-track facilities as well. Come visit our OTB parlors in Henderson, Eunice, New Iberia and Port Allen (exit 51, Lobdell exit).
Admission - Free clubhouse admission with minimum purchase of food and beverage. *Proper attire in clubhouse, reservations recommended. Group Rates are available.
Parking - Both general and valet parking is free.
Track Tidbits - Evangeline Downs Racetrack & Casino is the first “Racino” built in this country from the ground up. We feature a state-of-the-art facility with a new one mile oval. The entire property consists of nearly 750 acres. The track houses nearly 1,000 stalls on the backside. There is a pond in the infield, but no alligators (that we know of).
