I’ve had a chance to work in some great casino towns like Las Vegas and Mesquite in Nevada as well as well as St Louis MO. and Southern CA. I am very happy to add Mulvane Kansas to the list. I’m kind of a sports freak. So much so that a few years ago I actually opened a sports bar in Phoenix AZ. Next time you’re in, look me up. You’ll probably find me by the pit, sneaking a glance at whatever game is on our high def plasmas.
Carter Bair - Executive Casino Host
I am a native of Iowa and have been with Peninsula Gaming for over four years, most recently with the Diamond Jo Casino in Northwood, IA. After finishing my studies in Communication & Marketing at the University of Iowa, I found my way into a casino job by random chance, fell in love with the industry and have been with it ever since. In October of 2011, I relocated to Wichita for the opportunity to be a part of the Kansas Star Casino. I work extensively with our Table Games players but don’t be surprised to see me show up at your favorite slot machine. I look forward to see you here!
Ginny Burnett - Casino Host
I am a life-long South-Central Kansan and was thrilled when I heard that the Kansas Star Casino was coming to Mulvane. You see, before I joined the Kansas Star team, I was a wedding coordinator in Wichita. Whether it’s making sure a bride’s special day goes flawlessly or making arrangements for one of our best players, taking care of the details is my thing. I can’t wait to see you at the Kansas Star.
Shaina Stanton - Casino Host
I have spent the past eight years in the service industry, and I am so excited for this opportunity with the Kansas Star. Born and raised a Jayhawk basketball fanatic, I try to never miss a game. Landon Blackburn - Casino Host
I was born and raised right here in Mulvane, Kansas. Being that Wichita is the air capital of the world, I started working in the aircraft industry. However, since my personality is more outgoing, I felt my calling has always been in relationship marketing. For me it was a no brainer that I would jump on the opportunity to work as a Casino Host at the Star. I have a passion for people, and find I am most productive in social situations. I have a two year old son, Harlan. He is my greatest accomplishment, and always keeps me on my toes. I enjoy the outdoors, and anything to do with sports, especially if my Kansas Jayhawks are playing. I look forward to meeting all of you and have no doubt that you'll enjoy our casino!
